Your use of Adelaide Casino’s myPremier website and/or application ("myPremier") and all services available through myPremier are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By registering, accessing and using myPremier, you unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Full terms and conditions of the Adelaide Casino Premier Rewards Programme (“Programme”) are available at the Premier Rewards desk on-site or from adelaidecasino.com.au/premier-rewards. To the extent that there is any inconsistency or conflict between the terms and conditions of the Programme and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the Programme will prevail.
Adelaide Casino reserves the right to vary any information available through myPremier, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice.
To access myPremier, you must:
- be an Adelaide Casino Premier Rewards member;
- have an active Premier Rewards account (ie, you have used your Premier Rewards card at least once at Adelaide Casino in the immediately preceding 12 month period);
- have a valid email address; and
- not be excluded from entering Adelaide Casino.
myPremier provides you with the ability to view your accrued "Premier Rewards Points", “Premier Rewards Slot Points” and "Premier Cash / EZYplay" and to view details of Adelaide Casino’s goods, services and/or promotions.
Only one person may be logged into a device at any one time.
Adelaide Casino may terminate or suspend your use of myPremier at any time.
Registrations on more than one device
You can log into myPremier on more than one device or PC using your Premier Rewards membership number and chosen myPremier password. A maximum of one five-digit password is stored per customer and this password will apply to all devices on which your login is active.
Links to other websites
myPremier may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. Adelaide Casino does not monitor or investigate such websites and accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to any content on such websites. Your linking to any other website is at your own risk.
Under no circumstances are you permitted to create a hyperlink to any of the pages on myPremier, unless you have obtained Adelaide Casino’s prior written consent to do so. If you do create a link to any of the pages on myPremier, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all direct and indirect consequences of such link and indemnify Adelaide Casino for all loss, damage, liability, costs or expense arising from or in connection with such link.
You may incur charges from your internet or mobile service provider for (where applicable) downloading, accessing and using myPremier.
The services available on myPremier are available only to residents of Australia. You warrant that, when accessing myPremier, you comply with all local laws, regulations and requirements.
Where any statute or other law implies any term into your use of or any arrangement arising out of the accessing of myPremier and that statute or other law prohibits exclusion of that term, then that term is included.
The distribution of information contained on myPremier may be restricted by law in some countries. The information does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation is not authorised or to whom it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
The use of myPremier is governed by the laws of South Australia. Each person accessing, or using the services available on or through myPremier submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia
The information contained on myPremier is provided for information purposes only. Whilst Adelaide Casino endeavours to ensure that all content and material on myPremier is free from any errors, Adelaide Casino does not warrant its accuracy, adequacy or completeness or that it is suitable for your intended use. In no event will Adelaide Casino or SKYCITY Entertainment Group (“SKYCITY”) be responsible for any loss or damage of whatever kind arising from your access to, use of or reliance on any information made available through myPremier or any hyperlink to any website or any information contained or accessed through myPremier.
Your use of myPremier is at your own risk. You agree that neither Adelaide Casino nor SKYCITY is responsible for any damage or harm arising out of your use of myPremier. You also agree that all warranties, conditions and representations in respect of myPremier (whether express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. None of Adelaide Casino, SKYCITY (including its subsidiaries), any of its employees or agents, or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering myPremier, is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, which are excluded to fullest extent permitted by law, arising out of your access to, or use of or inability to use, myPremier
Account information and reward balances are updated regularly and may not be accurately recorded if you have recently changed your information or redeemed a reward.
Limitation of liability
If, for any reason, Adelaide Casino and/or SKYCITY is held responsible for any damage or harm arising out of your use of myPremier, in no event will the total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of actions (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing myPremier.
Intellectual property rights
Adelaide Casino and/or SKYCITY owns (or has a licence for) all copyrights, database rights and all similar rights for myPremier and all trademarks and other materials used on the website and/or app. The information may not be reproduced (except in hard copy for your personal reference only), distributed, transmitted to any person or incorporated into any other document without SKYCITY's prior written consent. You will not in any circumstances obtain any rights over or in respect of myPremier (other than rights to use myPremier pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions governing a particular service or section of myPremier) or hold yourself out as having any such rights over or in respect of myPremier.
Any information you provide through myPremier will be collected, held and used by Adelaide Casino for the purposes set out in the terms and conditions of the Programme, being:
- planning, market research and promotion and marketing of goods, services and facilities;
- administering the Programme;
- the provision or performance of services relating to the Programme;
- sending you information, including newsletters and transaction statements; and/or
- meeting Adelaide Casino’s obligations under relevant legislation, including without limitation the Casino Act 1997, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 or other applicable legal requirement.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to access and request correction of any personal information held by Adelaide Casino.
